Our very first, First Flush tea of 2025! For the past 8 years we have worked with Rishi of the Rohini and Gopaldhara Estates to come up with custom Darjeeling lots exclusive for Trident. Each year Rishi works on special lots that offer full leaf standards that are perfect for both Western style tea pots as well as Eastern style gongfu brewing. This tea was rolled and withered in multiple stages over the course of 24 hours, which amped up the complexity and sweetness, as well as resulting in a smooth and creamy body. Very full, sweet, and fresh, this is spring tea at its finest.

The brewed tea is very creamy, and is dominated by floral notes, but has hints of white and pink fruits and fresh sprouted vegetables. The White Oolong is a very sophisticated tea and a great choice for lovers of light and fresh Springtime flavors.
