Liz Berube

Liz Berube (pronounced “Bear-uh-bee”) is a singer/songwriter in the front range area. Drawing on influences from Bonnie Raitt, Patty Griffin, John Prine, Emmylou Harris, Brandi Carlile, and Etta James, Berube writes songs that dip into the genres of folk, bluegrass, blues, and americana. Boulder Weekly refers to her voice as alternating between, "soulful crooning and belting out powerhouse notes". She has also performed with groups such as: Copper Leaf, The Wooden Spoons, and Kate Farmer Band. Liz is currently working on an album that is comprised mainly of brand new songs! Liz is a graduate of 2014-15 Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program.
