On Wednesday, October 26 from 6:00-9:00 PM, Trident Booksellers & Cafe will host a halloween chess night.

There will be a chess tournament and a Halloween costume tournament.

Participation in the chess tournament requires a costume.

Costumes will be judged on creativity, scare-factor and sophistication 🎃 👻 

There will be prizes for both.

6:00-6:30 PM - Check-in with Pablo, Mack and Arizona

6:30-7:00 PM - Round 1

7:00-7:30 PM - Round 2

7:30-8:00 PM - Round 3

8:00-8:30 PM - Round 4

8:30-9:00 PM - Tie Breakers & Prizes

The tournament will be a 12+0 time format and spots are limited to how many boards and clocks we have (20 participants).

Touch move. For players that want to bring their own chess set and clock, you will stay at the same table for the tournament.

If you want to play casually, please bring your own chess set & clock!
