Literally meaning “fur peak”, for the very fine hairs left on the tea leaves, Mao Feng is one the most widely enjoyed green teas in China. Our Mao Feng is processed using a two stage air-firing method. It brews deeply vegetal and grassy, with a thick, sweet, and robust body.
