Our second custom raw pu’er pressing was produced in partnership with Yunnansourcing.com. This autumn tea blend from three different villages in Lincang county is a rock-solid, budget-friendly, and thirst-quenching tea. Featuring big, burly olive-green leaves and plenty of tender tea-buds, it has a full sugary-sweet flavor and a strong grassy/floral backbone. Blended primarily for strength and sweetness, it has a persistent character, with desirable kuwei (bitterness which doesn’t linger but transforms quickly into back of palette sweetness). It is good to either drink now or to set aside for further aging.
