Jason Murray is a singer-songwriter based in Boulder. His music incorporates a wide range of stylistic influences, such as jazz, folk, classical, and rock. Accompanying his vocals on guitar, Jason combines a love of fingerstyle playing with a penchant for writing songs that explore varied harmonic territories, offering emotional/sonic landscapes for the listener to travel through. With a background in both the arts and politics, his songs explore many themes, including solitude, love, the climate crisis, trauma, and the search for deeper meaning in life.

Jason released his debut album Invisible Warmth at the end of 2019, and is currently working on his second full-length solo album. In both his albums and performances, Jason aims to offer a musically adventurous and soothing space for people to explore the subtleties of their inner world, as well as their thoughts and feelings about problems in our world at large.
