Who is Kyle Ward? Well, for the last decade he’s been writing songs about the ups and down of life, drawing inspiration from kind folks like Ben Howard and Gregory Alan Isakov. His music is an amoeba of folk/americana with a touch of experimental rock, but don’t hold him to it. Since moving to Boulder in 2012 he’s touched many with his songwriting, and he hopes to keep pushing his own sound past the closing bell. If you ask, he’ll play you an encore, but only one. He hopes you don’t miss it.
Ramaya Soskin has been a staple in the Boulder music scene for over twenty years. Co-founder of Boulder’s monthly songwriter ensemble the “Troubadours,” he’s shared the stage with everyone from Gregory Alan Isakov to Fiona Apple. Recently he’s paired with fellow soulmates Kate Farmer, Jeb Bows, and Alexandra Schwan to blur his songs between harmony and heartfelt. You won’t want to miss one of Colorado’s brightest songwriters.
